Wprowadzenie i cel:
W ostatnich latach obserwuje się znaczny wzrost liczby osób cierpiących na zaburzenia psychiczne, w tym depresję i zaburzenia lękowe. Dane pokazują, iż dotychczasowe leczenie nie jest wystarczająco skuteczne, dlatego też zaczęto poszukiwać alternatywnych metod leczenia oraz zapobiegania tymże schorzeniom. Jednym z obszarów badawczych jest mikrobiota jelitowa i jej potencjalna rola w zapobieganiu tym zaburzeniom. Celem tej pracy jest podsumowanie najnowszych dowodów na związek mikroflory jelitowej z depresją i zaburzeniami lękowymi oraz przedstawienie sposobów łagodzenia objawów tych zaburzeń poprzez odpowiednią dietę, w tym stosowanie prebiotyków, probiotyków i synbiotyków.

Opis stanu wiedzy:
Badania sugerują, że zmiany w mikrobiocie jelitowej mogą być powiązane z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, takimi jak depresja i zaburzenia lękowe. Analizy tego obszaru są złożone ze względu na różnorodność mikroorganizmów zasiedlających jelita i wpływ czynników zewnętrznych. Metody leczenia oparte na mikrobiocie jelitowej stają się alternatywą terapeutyczną dla osób z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, jednak wymagają dalszych badań.

Podsumowanie:
Istnieje silna korelacja między dysbiozą jelitową a depresją oraz zaburzeniami lękowymi. Można skutecznie łagodzić lub kontrolować te zaburzenia poprzez modulację mikrobioty jelitowej za pomocą odpowiedniej diety i suplementów. Konieczne są dalsze badania, aby lepiej zrozumieć związek między dysbiozą jelitową a zaburzeniami psychicznymi oraz skutecznie i bezpiecznie stosować odpowiednie leczenie.


Introduction and objective:
In recent years, there has been a rapid increase in the number of people suffering from mental disorders, including depression and anxiety disorders. Data indicate that conventional treatments have not been sufficiently effective, leading to the exploration of alternative methods for treating and preventing these conditions. One of the areas of research is the gut microbiota and its potential role in these disorders. The aim of this study is to summarize the latest evidence linking gut flora to depression and anxiety disorders, and to present ways to alleviate the symptoms of these disorders through proper diet, including the use of prebiotics, probiotics, and synbiotics.

Brief description of the state of knowledge:
Research suggests that changes in the gut microbiota may be associated with mental disorders, such as depression and anxiety. Analyses in this area are complex due to the diversity of micro-organisms and the influence of external factors. Treatment methods based on the gut microbiota are becoming a therapeutic alternative for individuals with mental disorders, but further clinical research is required.

Summary:
There is a strong correlation between gut dysbiosis, depression and anxiety disorders. These disorders can be effectively alleviated or controlled through modulation of the gut microbiota via proper diet and supplements. Further research is necessary to better understand the relationship between gut dysbiosis and mental disorders and to effectively and safely implement appropriate treatment.
